This week's Family Activity was a Mandala. The results were so great! Here are the slides in the Google Slides I linked for them. This week's read aloud was Festival of Colors! I love the imagery from this book. During school I cover the Holi Festival and we make really colorful artworks inspired by the festival. Here are the slides from this read aloud. The link to activities is from Artsy Craftsy Mom



I created two All About Color activities for grades K-2 and 3-5. They explore color a little more and have sorting or scavenger hunt type exercises. Here are the slides. The K-2 video is Scratch Garden's Advanced Color Song. The 3-5 videos are KQED Color and Design Dojo Color. The references on the 4th slide are from Adam Hillman's Instagram
